Pearl sugar caramelized at the waffle gives a hint of crunchiness and unique taste.


Ingredient : Flour, Yeasts, Butter, Brown Sugar, Salt, Pearl Sugar, Wholemeal, Brown Flax, Anthograin Wheat, Rye, Triticale, Barley, Sesame, Spelt, Quinoa and Millet.


How to store?
>>> Store up to 1 month in freezer from the receiving date.
How to serve?
Step 1
Thaw waffle from freezer for 5 minutes
Step 2
Bread toaster :
Use medium heat to toast for 1 minute or until golden brown.
Oven :
Preheat 190 degree Celsius and bake waffle for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Air-fryer :
Preheat 190 degree Celsius and bake waffle for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Pan :
Pan sear with medium low heat for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
(You may increase temperature for crispier or reduce for softer waffle texture)
** Longer heating time  may dry up the waffle
** Do not use microwave if you don’t want a soggy waffle
European like to eat plain Liege waffle on the street as it is simple and delicious.
Liege waffle also serve well with either sweet or savory pairing such as ice creams, chocolate, egg or cheese etc.
