Belgian pearl sugar caramelises during baking, creating a lightly crisp exterior with a soft, chewy centre. The dough undergoes slow, low-temperature fermentation before being freshly baked and frozen.

Ingredients

Wholemeal, brown flax, Anthograin wheat, rye, triticale, barley, sesame, spelt, quinoa, millet, egg and Belgian pearl sugar.

Storage

Keep frozen for up to 3 months from the receiving date, or follow the best-before date printed on the packaging. Once thawed, avoid refreezing.

How to Serve

Heat directly from frozen—no thawing is required.

• Air fryer or oven: Preheat to approximately 190°C for about 2 minutes, then heat for around 3 minutes.
• Toaster or pan: Heat until warm and lightly crisp.
• Microwave: Suitable for warming, but the texture will be softer.

Heating time may vary slightly by appliance. Avoid overheating.
